I am kinda lost here and need advice. I’ve been dealing with some really annoying issues lately, you know, the kind that makes you second guess every single thing you eat or drink? My digestive system has been acting up a lot, with bloating and discomfort that seem to follow me everywhere. It’s super frustrating! I heard from a friend that pilex tablets might help with this, but I’m not sure how many pilex tablets I should take per day. I tried taking one or two a day like it said on the bottle, but I honestly don’t feel much different. Should I be taking more or maybe less? At this point, the whole situation is stressing me out! I want to make sure I'm doing this right. Anyone out there got experience with this? Like, how many pilex tablets should I take per day to actually see a difference? Hoping someone can share their insight here! Thanks a bunch!
