I am really confused about this kabz thing. For the last couple of months, I’ve been feeling super bloated and constipated. I eat pretty healthy, mostly whole foods, but still, I just can’t seem to get things moving, you know? My belly feels like a balloon, and I’m just kinda tired of this. I thought I was regular, but now I'm not even sure. Last week, my friend said I might be dealing with kabz, but I don’t really know what that is. Is it like... just constipation or something more? I read online that kabz can cause other issues too, like fatigue and even skin problems. Ugh, my skin’s been acting up lately! Anyway, should I be worried? Like, what is kabz actually? How can I treat it naturally? I don’t wanna keep feeling like this. Any advice would be super appreciated! Thanks!

First thing’s first, addressing your diet is key to relieving kabz. Even if you eat pretty healthy, ensuring you’re consuming enough fiber is crucial. Incorporating warm, cooked foods, which are easier for your body to digest, might be more benficial. Consider including ghee (clarified butter) in your diet, as it not only aids digestion but also helps in lubricating the intestines. A teaspoon of warm ghee mixed in a cup of warm milk before bed could promote bowel regularity.

Hydration is another essential factor. Drinking warm water, with a few slices of ginger, throughout the day could help stimulate digestion and aid in relieving constipation. Avoid cold drinks as they might aggrevate vata and worsen symptoms.

Ayurveda suggests Triphala as a gentle detoxifying formulation. Taken in powdered form, 1 teaspoon with warm water before sleeping could help promote regular bowel movements.

Engaging in regular exercises such as yoga or walking daily, can also help balance vata dosha. Poses like Pavanamuktasana (Wind-relieving pose) might specifically be beneficial for you.
