Hello doctor Age 20 Mere back pe pichhle ek saal se lagataar acne aur abscess ho rahe hain. Kabhi ye bade aur pus se bhare hote hain, aur kabhi chhote chhote daane nikalte hain jo dard dete hain. Ye problem regular nahi hoti — kabhi ek hafte tak kuch nahi hota, aur phir achanak se dubara nikal aate hain. Is wajah se mere poore back pe kaafi daag-dhabbe (marks/scars) pad gaye hain. Ye problem ab uncomfortable aur thodi pareshaan karne wali ho gayi hai. Agar aap mujhe Unani dawa recommend kar sakein to bahut acha hoga, kyunki mere area mein koi Ayurvedic medical store available nahi hai, aur delivery services bhi filhaal kaam nahi kar rahi hain. Aapke jawab ka intezaar rahega. Shukriya Unani medicine mein. I use itrafal shahtara,,, mussafi khoon and clear up syrup , bohot improvement hui but abhi bhi problem ho rahi hai

Acne aur abscesses pe attack karne ke liye, pitta dosha ko balance karna zaroori hai kyunki yeh inflammation aur skin problems se related hoti hai. Haldi (turmeric) ek achha anti-inflammatory hai jo aapne diet mein include kar sakte hain. It’s advised to consume half teaspoon of haldi in warm water daily in the morning on empty stomach. This can help in detoxifying your body and reducing breakouts.
Pechle 1 saal se agar acne aur abscess hai, to apana agni, yani digestive fire ko bhi boost karne ki zarurat ho sakti hai. Trikatu churna – ek Herbal powder consisting of black pepper, long pepper, and dry ginger – le sakte hain. Around quarter teaspoon paani ke saath khana se pehle lein agar koi acidity issues na ho. Yeh aapke digestion ko improve karega aur toxins accumulation ko reduce karega.
Skin ko externally mild cleansers ke saath clean karke herbal paste jaise neem powder aur chandan (sandalwood) paste apply karein. Neem antiseptic hai aur chandan skin ko cool and soothe karta hai. Make a paste with water and apply 20 mins tak, phir rinse off.
Din mein thoda coconut oil ka lightly face massage use karke, dead skin cells ko gently remove kijiye, lekin yeh certain hai ke aap exessively rub na kare. It aids in healing marks and scars.
