Constipation,heartburn,sometimes acidic regurgitation - #24763

I had anal fissure for past two years which i quite ok now but for two days i had some signsof achlasia with homeopathic drops i settled but for now i am having heartburn after meal and gas accumulation with sometimes a little bit stomach ache sometimes relieved by gas relieving sodas

Here’s a Natural Home Remedy Plan for You

✅ 1. Jeera-Ajwain-Fennel Water (For Gas & Acidity)

Boil:

½ tsp cumin (jeera)

½ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)

1 tsp fennel (saunf) in 2 cups water for 5–7 mins.

Strain and sip warm after meals (2x daily).

💡 Reduces gas, relieves bloating, improves digestion.

✅ 2. Cold Milk + Mishri (Instant Heartburn Soother)

After a heavy or spicy meal:

Take ½ glass cold cow’s milk

Add a pinch of crushed mishri or fennel powder

4. Mahathikthakam ghrtam - 10 ml at night after food.

5. Guduchi tab 1 - 0 - 1 after food
