I am really struggling with hair fall and it's kinda stressing me out!! My hair used to be super thick, but over the past few months, I’ve noticed way too much hair on my pillow in the morning. Like, I even did a little math and I'm losing around 100 strands a day! I’m 32, and thought maybe it's stress or my diet or something—I've been working long hours and don’t eat the best. I’ve tried a few products, but they make my scalp feel weird or just don’t work. I heard that some people have had success with how to reduce hair fall naturally at home, which sounds a lot better than all the chemical stuff. I wonder, are there natural remedies or Ayurvedic practices that really work? Like, can oils like coconut or castor help? And how about diet—should I be eating different foods? Just looking for any tips on how to reduce hair fall naturally at home, because I really want my hair to be healthy again!
