I am really struggling with this annoying acidity issue lately. Like, after every meal, I feel this burning sensation in my chest and it’s driving me nuts! Had this for a while, tried some over-the-counter meds but they just mask it temporarily. I read somewhere that is amla good for acidity? I seen those green sour berries everywhere and honestly, I never thought about them for my acid problems until now. I was at my friend's place the other day and she mentioned how she uses amla juice daily to remedy her own tummy troubles. Got me curious, right? Can eating fresh amla really help with acidity, or does it just sound good in theory? There's this Ayurvedic concept of balancing doshas, but not sure how that ties into my burning issue. If is amla good for acidity, what’s the best way to take it? Juice, powder, or just eating them raw? Should I replace my usual snacks with amla? Kinda lost and really need some help here!
