I am feeling really self-conscious about something that’s been bothering me for a while now. I’ve noticed that the skin in my private parts has gotten darker, and it’s a bit embarrassing honestly. I’ve tried using some over-the-counter creams, but they haven’t helped much. Friends say maybe I need to work on my diet, but I’m not sure which foods would actually help with this. Does anyone know how to remove darkness of private parts? I mean, I read somewhere that sometimes it’s just a natural thing, right? But it just makes me feel uncomfortable, especially when trying to engage in intimate moments. Also, I’m not super keen on chemical treatments since I really prefer a more natural approach. Could Ayurveda provide me any remedies for how to remove darkness of private parts? Like, are there any herbs or oils that work magically? Would love to hear anyone’s experiences or advice on this. I’m kind of at my wits end.
