I am really curious about whether is lassi good for digestion. I’ve been having some serious gut issues lately. After meals, I feel super bloated and just icky, and my regular doctor just keeps pushing pills at me, which I don’t want. I read somewhere that lassi can help but I’m not sure. Last week, after a heavy dinner with friends, I was in the bathroom like, a million times. It was awful! My aunt always swore by lassi, saying it helped her tummy troubles, but I tried it once and didn’t feel any different – maybe I made it wrong? Anyway, I thought I’d ask, is lassi good for digestion? Should I drink it daily or just when I’m feeling off? I got some yogurt in the fridge, should I add sugar, salt, or any fruit to it? I really want to get my digestion back on track. Any tips on how to make it really work?
