I am really confused about something that’s been driving me crazy lately. I've always loved eating curd, especially during the summer! But then I got this weird idea in my head about whether or not can we eat curd and pickle together? I've seen my family do it many times, and it always felt normal but then I read somewhere that combining them can be bad for digestion? Like, what if it creates acidity or something, which gives me concerns since I’ve been dealing with bloating issues, especially after meals. Last week at a family gathering, my aunty made this super spicy pickle and I mixed it with my curd because, honestly, it tastes amazing together. Yet, later that evening I had this awful feeling in my tummy. Was it the pickle, the curd, or the combo? I just can't figure it out! My friends are saying it's totally fine but what do the doctors think? Can we eat curd and pickle together or should I cut one out of my meals to avoid this issue? Help, please!
