I am really confused about this whole thing with bhasma. Last week, I went to a local Ayurvedic clinic because I’ve been having these crazy digestive issues. The doctor there started talking about different treatments and mentioned *what is bhasma* more than once. Like, I get that it’s something important, but I didn't quite follow. They even showed me a small jar of it and said it could help with detoxifying but I'm like... okay, but what is bhasma really? Is it some kind of ash or powder? I remember them saying something about it being made from metals or minerals, but could it actually be safe? I had some tests done, and they said my digestion is sluggish, but can bhasma really help with that? Also, I worry if there’s a chance of side effects or anything. I just want to feel normal again! If anyone could clarify *what is bhasma* and how it connects to improving digestion, I would super appreciate it! Thanks a lot!
