I am struggling a bit with my diabetes management and have been told I should look into triphala. I’ve heard different things about how to take triphala for diabetes, but nothing feels concrete, you know? Like, do I take it with water, or is there another method? I tried a couple of powdered mixes from the store, but honestly, they didn’t seem to do much. And once I tried it before bed and ended up feeling a bit nauseous... I've read some posts that say triphala can help regulate blood sugar levels, which would be amazing since I’m trying to avoid complications. But then again, I read somewhere else that I might need to combine it with other herbs or spices. Also, should I be concerned about any side effects? My friend mentioned something about it being too harsh on the stomach, which freaked me out a little! I just wanna make sure I'm dosing it right and not messing things up even more. How to take triphala for diabetes? Any helpful routines or tips would be awesome! Thanks!
