I am really confused about my situation with these galact granules. Been taking them for almost a month now for this annoying bloating and gas. At first, I thought they were working wonders! But now I'm not so sure. My doctor said to try them for digestive issues, and they kinda helped, but now I'm wondering: how long can I use galact granules before they might stop being effective or start having side effects? I mean, I don't want to rely on them forever, right? I've reduced my dairy intake too, but still struggle with discomfort after meals. I've considered other options, but honestly, these galact granules were the first thing that gave me some relief! I guess I'm nervous about staying on them too long, though? Like, is there a max time to take galact granules or signs that maybe I should stop and switch to something else? Any advice would be awesome! Thanks!
