I am really confused about how to use pudin hara tablet. I started taking it a few days ago after a friend recommended it for my constant stomach issues—bloating, gas, just feeling uncomfortable all the time. It seems like every time I eat, I struggle. I’ve tried changing my diet and all, but it’s not really helping. I got these pudin hara tablets and was told they are great for digestion, but I honestly don't know if I’m taking them right. Do I need to have them with water, or can I just chew them? How many of these pudin hara tablets should I take in a day? I mean, I've been sort of guessing and taking like two after meals but I’m worried I might overdo it? Also, if they’re supposed to work quickly, why do I still feel kinda bloated after taking them? Am I being too impatient? Any tips on how to use pudin hara tablet effectively would really help! Thank you!
