I am really curious about this thing called churan. I heard about it from a friend who's been using it for digestion issues or something like that. Lately, I've been having all these stomach problems, like bloating and constipation, and nothing seems to really help. I mean, I tried like, all the over-the-counter stuff, and I’ve even changed my diet a bit, but nothing's working. My friend says churan works wonders and it’s all natural, which sounds good to me! But, what is churan exactly? Is it just one thing, or are there different types? And is it safe to use it along with other herbs or supplements I’m currently taking? I just don’t want to mess anything up more than it already is, you know? Also, does churan have any side effects, or is it pretty well-tolerated? Really want to give this a fair shot, but I’m kinda overwhelmed with the info. If anyone has personal experiences or advice, I would really love to hear that! Thanks!
