I am really in a bit of a situation here and need some advice. I've been reading a lot about shatavari lately and how it might help with hormonal stuff, but I'm kinda confused. For the past few months, I've been experiencing low energy, some mood swings, and I even noticed a drop in my drive. I had some tests done and my testosterone levels came back lower than normal. A friend mentioned that shatavari might help boost testosterone, which got me curious about its actual effects. Does shatavari increase testosterone or is it just some wellness hype? I drink shatavari powder in warm milk every morning, but I’m kinda wondering if it's even doing anything?
