I am really worried about my health lately. Got diagnosed with fatty liver a few months ago after I went for a routine check-up. My doctor mentioned my liver enzymes were outta whack, and he said I need to change my diet but didn’t really explain what foods help repair fatty liver. I try to eat healthy, but I’m not exactly sure what that means in this case. I mean, I’ve been eating more greens but still love my weekend pizza nights, you know? 😅 I've heard things like avocados and nuts are good but still confused. What can I eat regularly? Do all fat sources have to be avoided? I mean, is there a specific combo of foods that can help repair fatty liver in a way that it won’t take years? Like, how do I get started? I desperately need some guidance, and honestly, I feel lost with all the info out there!! Any simple meal ideas or snacks that might help? Would love to know, because I want to get this under control. Thanks in advance!
