I am really worried about my uric acid levels. After going for a routine blood test, my doctor told me they were way too high, and I've been feeling quite sluggish lately. They mentioned if I don't do something about it, I could end up having gout, which sounds pretty painful. A friend suggested looking into Ayurveda, and I'm curious about how to decrease uric acid level naturally. I've tried drinking more water, and I cut out a lot of my favorite foods like red meat and seafood, but it feels like there’s got to be more I can do! I heard that certain herbs or spices might help. Are there specific Ayurvedic practices or remedies that can really work for how to decrease uric acid level without putting my body through crazy diets? Like, maybe drinking some kind of herbal tea or eating specific fruits to help balance things out? Any insights would be awesome! Just feeling a bit overwhelmed here. Thanks!
