I am really stuck on choosing between different products. Lately, I've been dealing with some digestive issues, like bloating and occasional gas, and after reading a lot, I feel like Ayurvedic remedies could help me! However, there are just so many brands out there! I’ve been wondering, which ayurvedic brand is best for someone trying to fix these tummy troubles? I tried a couple of local ones and honestly, didn't see much change. One brand I liked seemed good but my friend said another one is way better, and I don’t know who to trust. It’s kinda overwhelming! I’ve heard that some brands really focus on how they source their herbs and stuff, which I think is cool. Does that even matter? Oh, and like I got a few herbal teas too, with mixed results. Anyway, do you think it’s better to pick based on popular recommendations or should I look for specific ingredients? Which ayurvedic brand is best to kick off my journey for digestive health? Thanks for any help, really need it!!
