I am struggling with some digestion issues lately, like bloating and occasional constipation, and I heard about this Triphala thing. My friend swears by it and says it works wonders! She told me that I should just start taking it every day, but I'm kinda unsure about that. Can I take triphala daily without concern? I’ve read mixed stuff online, some say it’s great for daily use while others seem a bit cautious. How much is too much? I've already tried a bunch of other remedies, and sometimes I just feel frustrated because nothing seems to really help long-term. Like, I want something that genuinely works! Also, I went to my doc last week who said my gut health needs some work. Didn’t really give me any good options tho, just said to eat more fiber. I really want to get this sorted out—can I take triphala daily and will it help with what I'm going through? Just trying to get some advice before diving in, you know?
