I am really struggling with some digestive issues lately, and a friend mentioned shatavari might help. I did a little reading, and I’m curious about how to take shatavari. I know there are different forms, like powder and capsules, right? I tried some powder in warm water this morning, but honestly, it didn’t taste great. 😩 I feel lost on how to combine it with other foods to make it more palatable or if there's like a “best way” to take shatavari for optimal effects? I’ve also heard people talk about brewing it in tea, but then I wondered how that compares to just mixing it in smoothies. Lately, I've been feeling kinda bloated and sluggish after meals and my energy levels seem low. I used to be super active, but now I'm finding it hard to even take long walks.
