I am really confused about how to take triphala powder at night. Lately, I’ve been having some serious digestive issues—bloating, constipation, you name it. I read online that triphala could help with that, but I'm not sure how the whole thing works. With my busy schedule, I usually forget to take it during the day, so I thought maybe taking it at night would be better. But then I wondered, does it affect sleep? I mean, do I take it with water, or mix it in something else? Like should I do warm water or cold? Do I need to avoid certain foods after taking triphala? I’ve been really curious about doses too!
