I am really confused about whether we can eat curd with banana. For the past few weeks, I’ve had this strange digestive issue, and a friend mentioned something about food combinations. I love having banana with my breakfast but recently started adding curd to my meals too. So, I was having a banana smoothie with curd, thinking it’s healthy, right? 🤔 But then I read online that some combinations can mess things up in the gut. Now I’m worried! Like, can we eat curd with banana without causing problems? I’ve read different things—some say it's all good while others say it can create digestive issues. I keep feeling bloated after meals, and it’s kinda frustrating. Sometimes my tummy feels heavy after I have banana and curd together. Am I doing this to myself? Should I just stop mixing them all together, or is there maybe a right way to eat curd with banana? Any suggestions would be super helpful! Thanks.
