Khana khane ke baad pet fulne aur ghabrahat ki samasya dosha-vikriti, vishesh roop se Vata aur Pitta dosha ki asamanta ke karan ho sakti hai. Aapke digestion (Agni) ko sahi karna aur doshon ki samanta lana mahatvapurn hai.

Pehle to, bhimithraadi kwath ka upayog faydemand ho sakta hai. Isay din mein do baar, khana khane se 30 minute pehle lein. Iske alawa, hingvashtak churna bhi le sakte hain, jo pet ki gass aur bloating mein kafi asar karta hai. Khana khane se pehle, ek chuttki hingvashtak churna ko ek chammach ghee ke sath milakar lein. Ye digestion ko sahi krta hai aur phulne ki samasya ko km krta hai.

Aapke case me, deepana aur pachana kriyaon ko bal pradan krne wale Dravyon ka upyog bhi upyukt hoga. Trikatu churna (shunthi, marich aur pippali ka mishran) ko annamasha ya pav bhaji mein pratyayopik roop mein milakar upyog karein. Ishe khana khane se pehle ek chammach lein.

Aapni aahar vihar par bhi dhyan dein: bhari tahl aur tel wala bhojan se duri banaye rakhein aur halka, sukha aur vata-pacifying bhojan lein jaise ki khichdi, moong dal aur upma. Chewing ka samay bhi lena chahiye taki properly khana pach jaye.

Yoga aur pranayama ko apne daily routine me shamil karein kyunki ye juga digestive health aur stress control mein madadgul hota hai. Halka walk or asanas jaise pawanmuktasana aur vajrasana bhi faydemand ho sakte hain. Gharelu upay jaise saunf ka pani ya jeera ka pani le sakte hain jo bage flowat aur digestion ko sudharne me madad krte hain.

Agar in tarikon se asperand mila nahi hote toh kisi ayurveda char yaar anubhavik doctor se salha karein. Humble request karta hu ke agr samasya gahi ho rahi hai, medical attention lena bhi jaruri hai.

Khana khane ke baad pet fulne ki shikayat apke pachan kriya yani agni mein kisi prakaar ki asantulan ko darshata hai, jo aapko is prakar ki ghabrahat aur asuvidha de raha hai. Aapke dosh ko samjhate hue, yeh lagta hai ki vaat aur kapha ka asantulan ho sakta hai.

Pehle toh hum apke paitan karne wale kuch adatein badalne ki salha denge:

1. Khana khane se pehle aur baad mein ek pinjra adrak ka tukda aur chutki bhar namak lein. Yeh aapke agni ko prajwalit karta hai aur vaat ko shant karta hai.

2. Khana khane ke baad adha cup warm jeera-infused paani peeye. Yeh pachan kriya ko sudharne aur gas ko door karne mein madadgaari hota hai.

3. Try karen ki khana tyuri se na khaye, mast aur dhayre se khayein taaki pachan ko samay mile.

4. Hing ke chhote tukde ko apne pet pe ghis kar lagaye le nahi to choti chutki hing aur namak pani me mila kar peeyein.

5. Lavanga (clove) ka ek tukda muh mein rakhen. Yeh vaat ko shant karne aur gas ko kam karne mein madadgar hota hai.

Agar aapko kisi bhi samay ati adhik ghabrahat mehsoos hoti hai ya pet me kisi prakaar ki vedna hoti hai, toh turant chikitsak se sampark karein, kyunki yeh kabhi kabhi gambhir problem ki nishani bhi ho sakti hai.

Regular upchar ki roop me, triphala churna raat ko sone se pehle garm pani ke saath lein. Yeh aapke pachan kriya ko sudharne mein sahayak hoga.

Aapke serum albumin ke reports ko dekh kar lagta hai ki ek tarah se sab kuch normal hai, lekin khane ke baad pet fule hone aur ghabrahat hone ke liye aapko apne diet ke saath experiment karna hoga. Apne aahar mein taja aur swasth padarth shamil karein aur bhramat khane se bachain, taki prakriti mein santulan lai ja sake. Apki condition ko theek se samjhne ke liye kisi achhe vaidya se milna uchit hoga.
