Gastritis and stomach acidity problem. - #26583

I have an acidity from last 6 months i feelupper abdomen burning pain and nabhi always on upper side of stomach many times i tried to correct navel displacement but everytime it came to the same place.Now i have acidity and pain in stomach areas most in left side of abdomen. in a week i take two three antacids to control that. so canyou suggest me what to do.

Don’t worry shilpa ji, First of all avoid pittavardhak ahar vihar like too spicy, sour and salty food,oily and fried food etc.

*Do KUNJAL KRIYA if you are comfortable with this.(twice in a week)

And start taking these medications, 1.sutshekhar rasa 1-0-1 empty stomach 2.Kamdudha rasa moti yukta 1 b.d. 3.Avipattikar churna 1 tsf with Luke warm water before having meal twice in a day.

*Drink water of soaked coriander seeds (overnight). Follow up after 45 days.
