I am really confused about my health lately. I've been struggling with awful fatigue and some weird digestive issues like bloating and constipation. It just hit me outta nowhere. My friend, who's into Ayurveda, mentioned Sitaram Agasthya Rasayanam as a potential remedy. He said it’s great for boosting energy and improving gut health, but I honestly don’t know much about it. Last week, I spoke with my doctor who suggested some supplements, but they didn’t work well and kinda made things worse. I feel like I've tried everything.
