I am really confused and need some help! For the past few months, I've been struggling with digestion issues, just feeling bloated and heavy all the time. I did extensive research on natural remedies and found Planet Ayurveda Dia Finito Capsule, which seems like a good solution because I’ve read that it's aimed at digestive health. Anyway, I started taking it about a week ago and at first, I thought it was helping, but then I noticed I still felt heavy after meals. I also tried changing my diet, eating lighter meals, and incorporating more fiber, but the issues just seem to persist. I know everyone's body is different, and I was wondering if the Planet Ayurveda Dia Finito Capsule actually takes time to kick in? Or maybe I’m not taking it correctly? I've been taking 2 capsules a day (as recommended) but sometimes forget if I've taken them or not! That worries me. Has anyone had similar experiences with this product? Does it really help with bloating and overall digestive health? I just want to know if I should keep at it, or try something else.
