I am really struggling with some digestive issues. It started a few months back when I felt bloated all the time and just kind of heavy after meals. I’ve tried a bunch of things, but nothing seems to help, u know? A friend suggested looking into Rajah Ayurveda Dasamoolakaduthrayam Kashayam, but I’m not sure if it’s the right fit for me. I've been feeling kinda overwhelmed because every time I eat, there’s this discomfort — sometimes I get constipated or have these weird gas pains.
