I am really confused about my health lately, and I need some advice. I've been struggling with high blood pressure, and my doctor recommended trying SDM Sarpgandha Vati. I read about it online but I'm still not clear if it's really effective. A few weeks ago, I noticed my stress levels skyrocketing, and my BP shot up to 150/95, which freaked me out!
