Hello Anuj, Treatment - 1.Abhyaristha -4tsp with 4tsp lukewarm water twice a day after meal 2. Arogyavardhni vati -2-0-2 after meal 3.Udarkalp churna - 1 tsp with lukewarm water at bedtime.

Diet- 1.Eat fibre rich food like salad, fruits,whole grains. 2.Eat apples, orange,oats, soaked and peeled almonds. 3.Adequate amount of water. 4.Avoid items made of maida like bread,buns,pizza, noodles, packaged snacks. 5. Drink hot milk daily. 6. Drink 2-3 glasses of warm water empty stomach. 7. Always take warm and freshly prepared food. 8. Avoid fried food,spicy ,oily ,fast food.

Yoga- Mandookasana, vajrasana, kapalbhati, malasana.

Lifestyle modifications - Don’t ignore constipation problem as it can toany diseases in the future. Avoid those food items when causes constipation. Walk for atleast 30 minutes after dinner. Khana khane ke baad bloating aur constipation ka samasya vata dosha aur agni (digestive fire) mein imbalance ke karan ho sakti hai. Regular latrine hone par bhi pura pet saaf nahi dikhne ke liye kapha aur pitta ki prakruti bhi prabhavit ho sakti hai. Ab dhyan dene wali baat yeh hai ki aapka digestive system theek se kaam kare.

Sabse pehle, khane ke routine par dhyan dein. Adhiktar halke aur pachtasya aarohi bhojan ka sevan karein. Apne ahar mein adrak aur jeera ka samavesh karein. Yeh dono digestive enzymes ko sudhrisht karte hain, jo apki bloat aur constipation ko door rakh sakti hain. Nasta ke baad, ek cup limbu paani lena ek accha vikalp ho sakta hai jo shirodhara ko sudhar sakti hai.

Ajwain ko ek choti chamach karke, ajwain ke beej ko garam paani ke sath aksar lein. Yeh aam dosha aur apke agni ko prithak karega.

Apne din ki shuruaat ek glass gungune pani ke saath karein, ismein 1-2 badam rath ke bige huye daal de. Yeh aapki intestines ko lubing karega aur constipation ko roke ga. Din ke dauran, kam se kam 7-8 glass pani zarur peeyein.

Physical activity mein thoda samay nikaalein, jaise ki morning walk ya light exercise. Yeh apke malprakti (bowel movements) ko sudharne mein madadga ho sakti hai.

Cremadfin ya kisi dusre laxative ko advasi se na hi le, bal ki naturally gut function ko sudharne ka prayas karein.

Aapka agar yeh koy medical condition se durust nahi ho raha, ya ashoobik lag raha hai, toh turant chikitsa se salha lein. Yehetni sunishit karein ke samasya ke mul mool karan ka khyal rakhe jaye aur samadhan kiya jaye.

Bloating aur constipation jo aapko khana ke baad hota hai, ye sabse zyada aapke pitta aur vata dosha ke imbalance ke karan sambhavit hai. Aapko iske liye apne digestion aur bowel movement par focus karna hoga. Pehle to, aapki dietary habit par kuch dhyan dena zaroori hai. Taze, gunny aur lightly cooked khana khana shuru kijiye. Bahut zyada teli ya masaledar cheezein kamm karein.

Aapke liye triphala churna raat ko ek chamach solve paani ke saath lena beneficial ho sakta hai, kyunki yah apka digestive tract saf karega aur bowel movements ko regular banaega. Saat hi saat, ajwain aur hing ko apne daily diet mein shamil karne ka sochiye kyunki ye digest ko boost kar sakti hain. Khana ke baad, kuch saunf chabane se bhi apko bloating mein rahat mil sakti hai.

Din bhar mein pani ka consumption badane ki koshish karein, taaki aapka digestive fire (Agni) dheere-dheere balance mein aaye. Halka exercise, jaise walking, yoga aur breathing exercises like pranayama, vata ko calm karne mein madadgar ho sakte hain.

Agar ye sab apko da mai na aayein toh, specialist ki salah lena samjhdari hogi.
