I am really struggling with my digestion lately! It’s like my stomach just won’t cooperate. I keep bouncing between bloating and cramps, plus I feel a bit nauseous after I eat. It's so annoying! I’ve tried changing my diet, but nothing seems to help much. My friend told me about something called Everest Rasnerantadi Kashyam and said it could help with digestive issues, but I have no clue how to use it. Like, do I take it every day or only when I have symptoms? Also, how do I even prepare it?
