I am really confused about this whole digestive issue I’ve been having lately. I always thought I had a strong stomach, but over the past few months, I’ve been dealing with bloating and gas like crazy. It's been super uncomfortable, especially after meals, which is really affecting my ability to enjoy my favorite foods. I went to see a doctor, and they suggested trying Amrita Ajamodadi Churna since they said it could help. I’ve done a little research, but honestly, I’m not fully sure how it works. Is Amrita Ajamodadi Churna really effective for bloating? I’m hesitant, though. Like, should I really start taking a churna? I mean, I've never had to depend on herbal remedies before.
