I am really at a loss here… I recently started taking Sitaram Nishothamadi Kashayam for these, like, relentless digestive issues. I’ve had this bloating and discomfort for a while, and honestly, it’s kinda messing up my daily life. I’m feeling just completely off! My doctor suggested Sitaram Nishothamadi Kashayam after looking at my symptoms and a few test results, but I’m not sure if it’s working as expected. A few days in, and I still feel bloated like, ALL the time. I mean, how long does it take for Sitaram Nishothamadi Kashayam to actually start showing results? And should I be noticing any, um, other potential side effects? I’m not experiencing anything major but there’s this slight nausea now and then, which is a little worrisome. I am also wondering if I should be taking it at a specific time or with certain foods? Or maybe it interacts badly with stuff?
