I am really hoping to get some advice about BV Pandit Aloe Juice. Lately, I've been feeling super bloated and my digestion is all over the place — like one day I'm fine, then the next I can't seem to process anything. I read somewhere that BV Pandit Aloe Juice is good for gut health, or at least that’s what the label says. Last week, I bought a bottle and started taking it, but honestly, nothing seems to change much! The other night, I even had a glass before bed since I heard it might help with overnight digestion, but all it did was make me feel a bit off. Is it normal for it to take some time to work? Like, should there be an adjustment period or something? Was wondering if anyone else has had this experience? I’m also curious if there are specific ways to use BV Pandit Aloe Juice for better results. Should I mix it with anything? I mean, all these online sources hype it up, but I’m stuck on why I'm not seeing results. And what dosage is considered ideal, anyway?
