I am really confused about my digestion lately, and I heard about Kerala Ayurveda Thriphala Choornam from a friend who swears by it. I mean, to be honest, I've been feeling bloated, and sometimes, urghh, constipated. It started after I changed my diet to include more processed foods. I guess I'm to blame a little for that!! Anyway, I read that Thriphala can help cleanse the system and improve digestion, but I don't know how to use it or if I should combine it with anything else. Last week I tried some, but I'm not sure if I took the right amount. I just mixed a little with water and gulped it down. Like, how much should I actually take? Also, is there a good time of day to take Kerala Ayurveda Thriphala Choornam, or is it okay to take it whenever? One thing that worries me is that my friend told me it might cause loose stools if I take too much, and I kinda don't want that, you know? I've had enough embarrassing bathroom trips.
