I am feeling really confused about my recent health issues. Over the last few months, I’ve been battling some serious digestive problems, like bloating, constipation, and an overall heaviness in my stomach. Then, I heard about this Malabar Chithrakadi Kashayam from a friend of mine who swears by it for digestion! Has anyone else here tried Malabar Chithrakadi Kashayam? How effective has it been for you?
