I am really confused and could use some advice from you all. Last month, I went to see a doctor because I've been having this annoying digestive issues—like bloating and occasional gastritis. It's been stressing me out, you know? Anyway, the doc suggested Malabar Puthikaranjasavam, which I’ve never heard of before. They mentioned it’s good for digestion and all.
