I am really struggling with some health issues and a friend suggested I try Malabar Punarnavadi Lehyam. Just last week, I was feeling overly fatigued and got some blood tests done. Turns out, my liver enzymes are a bit elevated, and the doc mentioned something about potential liver problems. I hate taking all those chemical meds, and I want something more natural that could help, you know?
