I am struggling with some persistent digestive issues, and it’s really affecting my daily life. I feel bloated all the time, kinda gassy, and sometimes I even get these weird stomach cramps after eating. Like a month ago, I tried a new diet, but then I just ended up feeling worse instead of better! A friend of mine mentioned Everest Nisakathakadi Kashyam and said it might help with digestive discomfort, but I don’t know much about it. Have any of you tried it?? I haven’t turned to Ayurvedic remedies seriously before, but I’m considering giving it a shot, especially since Western meds haven’t done much for me. I just want to know more about Everest Nisakathakadi Kashyam. Is it really good for digestion? How does it work? Also, are there any side effects I should watch out for?? This has been such a frustrating journey for me... I just want to be able to enjoy meals without worrying about what I’ll feel like afterward. I’ve even kept a food diary, and nothing seems to make it better. If anyone has personal experience or can share how long it takes to feel any effects from this, I would really appreciate it!
