Given your symptoms and medical history, it’s important first to consider the significant weight in relation to your height, as it may contribute significantly to your discomfort. Achieving a healthier weight through a balanced approach can alleviate pressure on your cardiovascular system, potentially easing symptoms like dizziness, anxiety, and heart uneasiness.

From an Ayurvedic standpoint, these symptoms suggest a Vata imbalance, possibly exacerbated by Kapha dosha accumulation due to excess weight. stabilizing Vata while reducing Kapha can support recovery. Begin with small, consistent changes:

1. Dietary Adjustments: Focus on a diet that is light, warm, and easy to digest to balance Vata and reduce Kapha. Consume more cooked vegetables, soups, and whole grains like rice and quinoa. Avoid processed foods, excessive salt, and sugar. Incorporate spices such as ginger, turmeric, cumin, and mustard seeds in your meals to improve digestion and metabolism.

2. Pranayama and Meditation: Practicing gentle breathing exercises such as Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and deep meditation can calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and stabilize Vata. Aim for at least 10-15 minutes daily in a quiet, undisturbed space.

3. Abhyanga (Oil Massage): A daily warm oil massage using sesame or almond oil can calm Vata and soothe nerves. This practice is grounding and promotes a sense of comfort.

4. Daily Routine: A regular routine helps in balancing Vata. Try to wake up early, around sunrise, and follow a consistent schedule for meals and sleep. Avoid heavy meals late in the evening.

5. Physical Activity: Gentle exercises like walking or swimming can boost circulation and help in weight management without aggravating Vata.

It’s crucial to mention that the symptoms you’re experiencing can also be linked to serious conditions like heart issues or anxiety disorders. Therefore, seeing a healthcare professional urgently is important to rule out any critical conditions. Working with them alongside these Ayurvedic practices can offer more comprehensive care.

Your symptoms suggest a possible imbalance in the doshas, particularly with vata and kapha. These doshas can cause disturbances that manifest as anxiety, dizziness, and respiratory issues when imbalanced. As an Ayurvedic approach, it’s essential to address both the immediate symptoms and the underlying causes tied to your dosha constitution and lifestyle.

First, the excess weight may be contributing to these symptoms and harmonizing the doshas can be facilitated with lifestyle and dietary adjustments. Incorporating light, warm, and easily digestible foods can help pacify kapha and regulate vata. Favor cooked vegetables, lean proteins like moong dal, and warming spices such as ginger and turmeric to balance agni (digestive fire).

For dizziness and anxiety, practice grounding techniques, such as regular Abhyanga (self-massage) with warm sesame oil to soothe vata. Additionally, engage in calming breathwork like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) daily, as it helps to settle the mind and nervous system.

Ashwagandha or Brahmi might be considered, as they are known to calm the mind and reduce anxiety, but consult with a practitioner before starting any herbs to ensure they’re right for your constitution.

Physical activity, suited to your capacity and safety, like gentle yoga or walking, can help manage both weight and mental unease—try building a routine around when you feel most energetic.

Your symptoms warrant careful observation, especially the heart uneasiness and shortness of breath. It’s crucial to seek immediate medical attention to rule out any serious underlying conditions, as these can be signs of cardiac or respiratory disorders that require urgent attention. Balancing ayurvedic practices with necessary conventional treatments ensures a comprehensive approach to your health.
