I am really trying to figure out how to incorporate Lalas Aloe Triphala Ras into my daily routine. Like, just a few weeks ago, I started feeling super sluggish and bloated all the time. I’ve always had digestion issues but they seemed to really ramp up lately. Even my energy levels have plummeted, which is def not me! I found Lalas Aloe Triphala Ras and it got great reviews online, but I’m kinda confused about how to use it properly. Do I take it with water? And how much is too much? I started taking this other Ayurvedic supplement before but it didn't really seem to work for me, and I don’t want to waste more time. My friend swears by Lalas Aloe Triphala Ras, says it helped her with digestion and detoxing, but I'm nervous it won't be as effective for me?
