I am kinda lost here and need some advice. I recently went to an Ayurvedic practitioner and he prescribed me Rajah Ayurveda Sapthasaram Kashayam for my ongoing digestive issues, which I've been struggling with for a while now. I usually have this horrible bloating and, honestly, my bowels are super irregular. Like one day I might go three times and the next it’s like 3 days of nothing. It's seriously frustrating! Anyway, I started the Rajah Ayurveda Sapthasaram Kashayam a week ago, and I thought I felt a little better at first, but now I'm not too sure. I mean, sometimes I feel like the bloating is actually getting worse? My friend said maybe it’s just a detox effect—like my body is adjusting, or something? But I don’t know. Am I supposed to feel crummy before feeling better? Also, do you guys have any tips on what I should pair with Rajah Ayurveda Sapthasaram Kashayam? Like foods or lifestyle changes? I’m scared of messing things up and making my symptoms worse. Any thoughts or similar experiences would really help. Just feeling a bit overwhelmed right now!
