I am really confused and a bit worried about my health. I've been feeling just off lately, like I’m constantly tired and my digestion is really slow. A friend mentioned she tried something called Bipha MRY Plus Tab and said it helped her feel energized and helped with her digestion too. I’m like, what is this stuff?! So, I decided to look into it, and I guess it has herbs that are supposed to help with energy levels and digestion or something. But I have this weird feeling in my gut, like, is it safe? I was told to take it but haven't yet. Last week I had a few days of weird bloating and kind of crampy pains, mostly after I eat! It’s def not normal for me, and I really want to fix this without diving into full-on medications. Do people really find Bipha MRY Plus Tab effective? Like, how long does it take to start working? And are there any side effects? Kinda freaking out here ’cause I really don't wanna make things worse. Should I just jump in and try Bipha MRY Plus Tab or is there something else I should consider? Any thoughts would be super helpful!
