I am really confused and kinda desperate for some advice! I’ve been feeling sluggish and my digestion has been terrible for months now. I went to a local Ayurvedic practitioner, and they suggested that I try AVP Mandooravatakam Gulika. At first, I was like, “What even is that?” but after reading about it, I think it’s supposed to help with digestion and maybe even boost my energy levels? Anyway, I got the pills and started taking them like 2 weeks ago. Not gonna lie, the taste is kind of, uh, intense? But I’m pushing through.
