I am really struggling with something and hoping for some advice. I've been dealing with this fatigue that just doesn’t seem to go away. I mean, I get up, take care of my kids, but by the afternoon, I feel like I need a nap, and that’s when my caffeine cravings kick in!! Anyway, I heard from a friend that Amrita medamarit Tablets might be helpful for energy levels. A couple of weeks ago, I even got some tests done, and everything came back normal, which is frustrating cause I thought maybe there was something off, ya know?
