I am really trying to figure out this whole SNA Khadira Gulika thing. I recently visited an Ayurvedic practitioner for my digestive issues, which have been driving me crazy for months. Like, I get regular bloating, and sometimes it feels like there’s a rock in my stomach. It’s super annoying and makes me feel heavy and tired all the time. I’ve tried adjusting my diet, but nothing seems to work. My practitioner recommended SNA Khadira Gulika, and I don’t know if it’s just me being picky, but the name kind of sounds intimidating, right? Has anyone else tried this? I mean, it’s supposed to be great for digestion, but I’m curious about how long it takes to kick in. Also, I read mixed stuff online; like, I even saw someone say it can make your stomach feel worse. Ugh, just my luck! I’m just worried I might be doing the wrong thing.
