I am really struggling lately. For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with some pretty annoying digestive issues. Like, it’s the bloating that gets me the most. Sometimes it feels like I’m carrying a balloon in my stomach. A friend recommended Malabar Triphala Ghritam, saying it worked wonders for her. She swears by it for gut health and detoxing, but I’m kinda unsure. I started doing some research on Malabar Triphala Ghritam, and it seems really promising, but I'm not totally convinced if it’s what I need. Could it actually help with my bloating and other digestive probs like occasional heartburn I sometimes get? I’ve even tried over-the-counter stuff, not much help really, and I feel a bit lost.
