Uterus ka nikalna, jo ki hysterectomy bhi kaha jata hai, yah aging samasya ka ek karan ho sakta hai. Aapke lakshan aur umra ko dekhte hue, aapko tight skin aur sehatmand sharir ke liye vyavaharik ayurvedic sujhav de raha hoon. Pehle apni dosha prakriti samjhiye—Vata, Pitta, ya Kapha—kyunki yah kafi hat tak skin ki sthiti ko prabhavit karta hai.

Apke liye, Vata dosha ka samadhan bahut mahatvapurn hai kyunki yah sukshma aur khushki lekar aata hai jo ageing aur skin laxity ke liye aashankit hai. Ghrit (Ghee) se bane hue Khichdi jese satvik diet ko apne dincharya mein shamil kijiye. Yeh skin elasticity ko sudharega. Isske saath, til ke tel se shareer ko daily abhyanga (maalish) ka bhi priyog kare, jaise yah skin tone aur texture sudharne mein sahayak hai.

Din mein 2 ya 3 baar skin par aloe vera ka fresh jel apply kijiye, yah anti-aging aur moisturising laabh deti hai. Chandan aur khus (vetiver) se bane face pack iss skin ko tanavmukt karte hain aur sookshma rekhao ko kam karne mein sahayak hote hain.

Shatavari choorn ka daily upyog aapke hormone santulan ko behtar karte hue ageing ko kam kar sakta hai, samasya ke aadhar par ek chamach doodh ke sath sevan karein. Vahamulya yoga aur pranayam bhi vata dosha ko shant karte hain; Surya Namaskar aur Kapalbhati ko apne routine mein shamil kare.

Dinmein kam se kam 7-8 ghante ki neend aur stress ko kam karne ke liye meddhyi dravya jese brahmi tail ka mastishk pe abhyang (maalish) bhi kuch samasyao me shanti pradhan karti hai.

Prabhavit pade to kuyuki yah avastha individual hoti hai, kuch bimari rogon ke liye vaidy ki salah lena na bhule. Ayurveda holistic diksha par zore deta hai, jo sirf shariirik sthiti hi nahi, manasik sthiti ko bhi sudharta hai. Kramasha, yah upchar skin tightness aur overall wellness mein sudhar ki prakriya ko prasut karega.
