I am dealing with some persistent digestive issues and really unsure what to try next. For the past few months, I’ve been feeling bloated after every meal, and it's super uncomfortable. I saw a friend who mentioned AVP Sukumara Lehyam and how well it worked for her. Honestly, I’m a little skeptical but open to trying it since nothing else seems to help. I tried over-the-counter things, but they just don’t seem to do anything. My doctor said I might have some sort of imbalance or acid reflux, but that’s pretty vague to me. I read that AVP Sukumara Lehyam could help with digestion, but neither I or my friend really know what’s special about it. Like, ist it just one of those all-natural remedies that might work, or is there something more to it?? Also, how do I take it? Do I mix it with something, or is just a spoonful okay? I also wonder if there are any side effects ’cause, honestly, I don’t want to make my situation worse. I’m tired of feeling like this!
