I am feeling really lost and confused right now. For the past few months, I've been dealing with some digestive issues, like frequent bloating and discomfort after meals. It’s getting really frustrating! I decided to try some Ayurvedic remedies and came across Dabur Lavan Bhaskar Churna, which I heard could be good for digestion. I read that it helps balance doshas and promotes better digestion, which is exactly what I need! But here’s the thing – I don’t really know how to take it properly. Should I mix it with water? How much should I take? I even tried adding it to some warm food once, and honestly, the taste was kinda overwhelming. I think I might’ve overdone it there 😂.
