Please can suggest me some drink to take early morning when I getup asI face upper stomach discomfort (slight burning sensation)due to gastric issues and because of summer heat I face . As I m taking medicines past 4-5 years for the same have cured 70-80%.It will very helpful if suggest some natural drink.
